I want to let you in on a secret... if you feel a little lost in the trenches, you CAN get better. You may have ADHD, suffer from depression or anxiety, concussion, you may have mood swings, or brain fog. You may feel like you are broken and need medication to be normal in this world. I used to feel this way too…
You see, I have ADHD and for most of my life I felt like I was broken too. Before my brain injury in 2020 I already felt broken. I had ADHD, experienced depression, binge eating and anxiety, and it led me on a mission culminating in 25 years of study to find out how to fix myself.
As a Natural Medicine Practitioner I have 25 years’ experience helping people in various modalities (personal training, naturopathy, life/health coaching and brain health). I can be your shortcut to brain health long term. I came through it all to help others out, and if I did it, so can you. I feel blessed to be able to build ladders with you to embrace your inner brain warrior and step out of the mist.
Through nutrition, healthy habits and mindset, we CAN rewrite the torn pages of our past. I did it, and you can too. I see you, and I know how hard it feels to be where you are. But my friends there is hope. My toolbox, combined with the work of Dr Amen is a scientifically proven pathway out of the mud.
The brain injury was a gift, as I had a reframe from the specialists that all of my symptoms (those of the past and a lot of new ones) were the result of my brain being damaged. It wasn’t ‘me’ it was my brain that needed healing which ignites a new path utilizing my years of knowledge in the wellbeing industry to hyperfocus on brain health. I learnt that just like a broken bone, we can do things to heal our brain. This led me to pull together a toolbox to heal. A toolbox of nutrition, fitness, habit changes and mindset, that can now help you.
